I once asked Peter Tyson could they do these speakers for £1300 they originally said no but then come back and said ok we can do it for that brand new 5-6 year warranty delivered.

Mind you I did point out I was a good customer. 😉

I think I have given up on the idea of floorstanders, and just using what I got in various stereo systems for my music.

Van Damme cables for me, blue for home cinema and the clear for hifi. Not sure there is a sonic difference but the blue is much easier to work with!

If you was looking at new speakers for more BASS then a subwoofer would be a much cheaper alternative for you . Food for thought .
