Av receiver but not enough HDMI ports

My AV receiver only has two HDMI ports but I have three devices to connect to it, how do I do this?

Is there such a thing as an HDMI switcher where you can have two devices go into one HDMI port and then connect to the AV receiver?

I have a Cablesson HDMI 2 Way Smart splitter that I use to run two TV's in different rooms from my Sky +HD box, but not sure how to connect three devices to only the two HDMI ports on my AV receiver

You maybe need to buy a new reciever they are not expensive, you could buy this denon for example at £150.
