automatic updating digital services

Each time I turn on my TV [ panasonic TH-33LMD70] I get the message " new digital services found, press ok to update ". At first I did and it takes about 3 minutes. However I can't find anything new, so now I just use the exit button, but its getting rather annoying. Is there a way to disable the automatic update?.

Hi,you need to do this:- Press Menu Button/Scroll to Settings/Choose Tuning Menu/ Look for new Station Message scroll to it,then press arrow key to Right to toggle off. Now Press Exit Key.Done
