Audio Technica ES55 vs Sennheiser PX200-II

After some search I think I will buy one of these two. The good thing about the sennheser is that is really portable as it's foldable. How is the audio technica in this respect?

Also in terms of sound what do you think is best?

The Audio Technica's probably get my vote on sound but it is a personal thing - and a close call with these headphones. In answer to the portability question though I tried taking a pair of ES55 on a train without much of a problem.

lol. that was exactly my question. I want the best but with portability and I know the sennheiser pretty well but the audiotechnica I can~t try and on the web I don't understand how portable they are...

Touche - good point - to clarify, I was without luggage and carried them along with an mp3 player very easily.. Not foldable but easily portable.

I'm really closing for the decision, anyway would like to hear more comments on this topic, if you be so kind.
