anyone used/own these and can shed some light on how they sound in general and for their price tag? 2 days ago i tried tidal masters for the second time and with newer content that i didnt listen to last time i am very impressed, and cant wait to see how it sounds with better headphones.

i can get these reduced for £490 (the 2016 newer model) and wanted some genuine advice. having a demo in a matter of days at richer sounds when they receive them (if only i could listen to tidal masters with my amp there at the demo!!) and i will go from there, decent upgrade from my b&w p5 wireless +oppo ha2-se amp?

the LCD3's and was completely disappointed. They sounded like Grado's with the sharp edges smoothed off. I'd be surprised if you prefer them over the P5's but the audition will tell.

Richer also sell the Oppo PM3 I'd try those too.
