Thanks mate! That’s just what I needed to hear.I had the Meta 2 Wireless and compared them directly with the originals at point of purchase. At the time there were not the great discounts available as there are now so just went with the newer model.
Differences were very small and imho not nearly as big as many reviewers made out. No great surprise there.
If you can get the Metas Wireless at a good price, go for it. Otherwise pick a heavily discounted pair of originals if you can still find them.
There are a couple of App differences.
