Arcam irdac help

Noob question.

i have the arcam a29 and just bought the irdac, does it matter which "entrance" you connect the dac to? I mean which one should i choose cd or tuner?? does it matter?

Shouldn't matter, just don't connect to phono obviously, that's for turntables. I don't think the irdac can be powered directly from the the A29 aux power output either in case you're trying to do that. On the A19 at least the aux power out was only for Arcams 5v r accessories, not the 12v that the irdac requires.
