Question Apple tv 4k video quality

I have Apple tv 4k ethernet box gen 3, I have connected to denon x2800h and samsung oled 65 inch, but I am not getting a full 4k quality from some of the streaming services like netflix or amazon prime, is there any settings to be tweaked?

Are you getting any 4K content on these services?

For Netflix, you need to be on the Premium plan to get 4K. There is no similar requirement for Amazon.

With that being said, not all content is 4K. Each individual show will show you whether it's 4K, Full HD etc.

I assume you're using HDMI connection. To receive 4k from HDMI it must be version 1.4 or greater.
My HDMI cables are all 2.1, I get the highest possible bandwidth.
If you're running your HDMI cables through Denon x2800h check that it is able to output 3840 x 2160, some receivers are only limited to 1080P.

You can always output the HDMI cable directly from Apple TV receiver directly to the Samsung TV and just use the Denon for the audio.

Also try using the Netflix App on the Samsung TV, instead of the one on the Apple TV.
