Apple Music lossless in Windows and Android

Hello, does anyone know about when Apple Music lossless and hi-res will be available for non-apple owners? I have a Tidal suscription I would like to see if I enjoy apple music.

It's not able to play lossless yet, intuitive no that's what the OP is asking. I'm interested in the answer myself.

Providing you have a device that supports Apple Air Play and you have a device where the app/program can connect to the device via Air Play, then you should be able to get lossless audio.

I was actually looking forward to apple music but as it stands through a computer if you want to listen to hi-res you have to manually change the sample rates manually. This is a bit of a bummer and renders it pretty useless if you want to listen to hi res. Phones and tablets have no problem...
