EBay is your best bet. Buy one with manufacturer's (Apple) warranty.

You could keep an eye on the Apple refurb store. There's nothing on there at the moment.

The one in the link is out of stock but doesn't seem too bad a deal for a 32gb model.

Ivejust bought an iPad from the refu store. Apple put in a new battery, replace the case and give a 12 month warranty.
