The Sync to i pod isn't highlighted , when I ripped C.D's so I can't put them on i pod? Thanks.

If you are having problems synching your ipod you can;

-try another cable. I have found that that the cable is often the cause of the PC not recognising the ipod when you connect it.

-try another usb port, synching works better with usb 2
