For an optical cable, a coaxial cable and an optical/coaxial converter please?

I have had a couple of good suggestions so far, but am keen to hear any more recommendations.

I used a Chord Optichord for a while before I got my new stuff and everything went HDMI. Good performance, not too pricey. May still have it somewhere.
