Any one know anything about Cabasse doris speakers ?

Good day all , I have some Cabasse doris speakers which have been given to me and they sound wonderful and I am currently running of a Pioneer A-209R which i am looking for suggestions to upgrade to and about the general specification of the Cabasse speakers.

Any help would be muchly appericated

I Personally know nothing about this speaker but I have found this info from Cabbase .

It looks like it is a very efficient speaker that would probably work well with a low powered valve amp or maybe a class A solid state amp .

Have a look at these pictures, it seems they are using old quad amplification with them .

I would imagine these were quite expensive speakers when new judging from the build quality

Ah thats about how far I got and yes this could get expensive. Thanks for the ideas I will look more into both maybe build my own valve amplifier, hmmm yea the build quality is something of its own realm very solid and a lovely realwood veneer to finish it off
