Any chance of getting the title limited to 64 spaces?

Really annoying when this error keeps coming up when replying to people's posts, surely it is not hard to fix or don't limit it to 64 spaces?

Just as annoying is when you're replying and it says something stupid like 'only 64 characters allowed in the Subject field but currently 96' yet you can clearly see that even padded-out with 'Re: ' it's still absolutely nowhere near 64. It's rare, but frequent enough to be annoying. If these bugs can't be fixed then can we not have an auto-truncate? In fact does anyone even read the 'Subject:' field of individual replies? I know I don't.

Thats what I was referring to. Yes good point do you need the title when replying?

I agree, it is infuriating and unlike any other forum I've ever used.

But am feeling grateful we have now Autocar's has been closed.
