Amps - extra current needed for ATC 20s?

I've got ATC 20 speakers - famous for needing plenty of power. I'm running them with 2X Cyrus Smart Powers, 1 per speakers, each bridged into Mono (RATED 110W). But they still lack volume - particularly ooomph at high volume. I'm wondering if the smart powers have enough welly.

Would any of the following give me more real power?

- add PSX-R to the cyrus. IE an upgrade from 180VA to 400VA transformers

- switch to Quad 909 - famous for good current supply. But nominally similar, i think 300VA total shared between both channels

- bite the bullet and save up for ATC amp - 300VA per channel...

Or something else?

Thanks all

Not all that familiar with the model concerned but in my experience ATCs are not particularly current hungry, the impedance curve is quite benign, but they need volts, good old fashioned watts into 8 ohms.

The Nord amplifier that gets plenty of mentions on here would be one alternative but as always it depends on budget. Personally I would look at something like a Crown CDI2000 as a relatively affordable option.
