I'm looking to upgrade my old amp to run a c.d. player, tuner and turntable with the t.v.going through the hi-fi speakers. I'm looking to purchase either a Nad C315 BEE or a Pioneer A-209R amp. I've read that the Nad may not be able to do the job as it doesn't have a pre-amp. Can anyone enlighten me please?

you want to input the tv into the amp as a line in source?

Should not have any problems with any amp, providing that it has enough inputs.

i think you might be knackered with the phono though, as it has no phono pre-amp. you can pick these up quite easily if this the amp that you prefer though.

The NAD C315BEE integrated amp is a pre/power amp all in one box so it'll be fine to use with your TV as well as your CDP etc...

To use your turntable with it you'll need an external phono amp. You can pick the NAD PP1 or PP2 up on eBay for c£25 and they'll do the job nicely 🙂
