Amplifier module for Velodyne SPL 10" subwoofer

Hi,
My Velodyne SPL 10" (1000 W rms ) subwoofer's amplifier module has given up the ghost.
The cabinet and the speaker are in pristine condition.

Could anyone recommend a suitable replacement amplifier module ?

Is it worthwhile to look for a suitable electronics or shall I give up and look for a new complete subwoofer?

Ideally I would like to buy the original Velodyne amplifier electronics but I guess my chances are slim...

I am very grateful for any advice
