Question Amplifier for Mission LX-2 MkII

Can anyone recommend what would be a well matching amp for Mission LX-2 (or LX-1) MkII speakers? Thanks.

It depends on your budget, but I'd suggest the Denon PMA800NE. Denon and Mission pair well together.

It will also depend on what exactly you plan to connect to the amp as sources.

Back in the day i used to use NAD and Marantz to great effect, but I haven't listen to the newer designs

Nad, a little bassy amp with not to much highs (lx2 ver 2 if they sounds a little as the first lx 2's)

I had Arcam with my Mission M35i. I was very happy with that setup.

As you mention two speakers in the post, I'm guessing you haven't bought them yet. For £45 more, I would go for the QX-2 and they had good reviews. As for amps, the Denon PMA-800NE is still a little expensive so would go for the PMA-600NE or Yamaha's A-S501.
