Question Amplifier + 2.0 speakers with a budget of 3,000 USD

How do the Devialet speakers compare to the KEF?
2 x 95 dB Phantom II cost about the same.
Can they be considered Hi-Fi?

I haven't heard the Kef wireless, but the Phantoms go really, really loud, and it will make (loud) music sound like in a live venue, for the better but also for the worse. Their big letdown, imo, is tonal accuracy, pianos won't sound like real pianos.

Forget about graphs. Whilst it tells you that the thing was well designed it doesn't relate to whether you like it or not.
