Amp upgrade opportunity, is it worth it onk906 vs Den1910

I currently run a Denon 1910 with a Kef 3001/2001 mix 6.1 set up, however a guy at work may be upgrading his onkyo 906 and i was wondering if there is a big difference and would it be an improvement over the DENON, if i could get it at a good price, i would flg the denon to help offset the cost. If i remember the 906 is a 2009 amp (4 star)but over a grand new, the denon was last years award winner.

Would i notice the difference, IS IT WORTH THE EFFORT???? movies not music?

The Onkyo 906 is a much better amp than your Denon 1910. Night and day.

Comparing both amp. vs each other , there is huge differents the onkyo 906 has far more control and power than the denon 1910 ,just like samson said it,s like Night and Day , but to be honest with you , if you planing on using it with your kef3001 , i doubt it very much that u will notes much of an improvment , thise is the kind of amp. that's scream for floorstanders speakers...
