Amp to suit Rega Elas ?

Hi all,

I picked up a pair of Rega Elas (mk 1) recently and while overall happy with them, it is noticeable that the vocals are very prominent (loud) to the extent that if I turn it up so that I can hear the instruments as much as I want, then the vocals are extremely loud. I'm wondering if changing my amp might help? I have a marantz pm6003 and am thinking maybe a Creek or an Aura, or perhaps a Rega would even things out?

Source is either Cambridge CD player as transport into Arcam irDac, or NAD 533 turntable. Listening to wide range of music but centered on indie-ish rock (REM, Velvet Underground etc)

Any ideas? I don;t think that changing the location of the Elas would make much difference.

Rega Kytes (basically Elas in smaller box if my memory serves me well) sounded fabulous with Rega Brio (2).

I would expect a Rega amp to have good synergy with your speakers but I am sure I have read on another forum of a couple of people using NVA with Rega and being very happy with the result.
