Amp for Kef Q300

So im sold on the KEF Q300s but what amp is going to suit considering I want the best out of my Ipod.

Its a 2 pronged question, what is going to give the best input to the speakers and what is going to be the best way to get the ipod into the amp.

I just can't work it out.

Help!

Your amp choice is dependent on your budget so I'd go listen to a few. Have a look at reviews here on the site and see which take your fancy and have a listen. Re your iPod, the Onkyo NP-S1 is supposed to be pretty good and it has digital outputs so you could partner it with a cheap and (I've heard) excellent Musical Fidelity V-DAC (about £170). That would then go into your amp. I've got an Onkyo A/V amp so use their UP-A1 add-on dock.
