Airport Express Reset

Anyone had any issues resetting their Airport Express, I have tried every option and on power up I get a solid amber then a flashing amber nothing else??

Had this problem on one of mine, on initial set up. After both I and Apple support failed to troubleshoot it, Apple sent a replacement.

Gave up and got the Apple store to test it...pronounced dead and replaced.
