I am getting a little frustrated at reading articles (yours isn’t the first) pitting the AirPods Max against other headphones and them winning all the time. I love all things Apple and am heavily invested in the eco system but I listen to a lot of music in Hi-Res/lossless, using a DAC and a Mac (primarily Apple Music) but as the AirPods Max can’t do lossless or HiRes, the Sony M4 and M5 win for me every time.
