These quite a few threads on this problem but he's how i resolved the same issue with my set up

[*]Select a channel with obvious lip movements - BBC News or Sky News would be my recommnedation
[*]Go to SETTINGS on Sky HD menu and press select
[*]Go SOUND sub menu and press select
[*]Go DIGITAL AUDIO OUTPUT DELAY and press select
[*]Adjust delay to prefered level - mines on the 200ms max

If it's anything like my set-up, the sound is only ahead on a few channels like this where the PQ is rather poor and the processing is working overtime. Fortunately, my kids don't seem very bothered! The danger is, you'll adjust things for the Disney Channel and mess up everything else! I've found that the problem is less severe with the Sky box set on Auto.
