Advice please on replacement home cinema amp

Running B&W685s front and back and HMT62 centre on yamaha DSP-AX763 amp, sound is excellent to my ears but in reality the yamaha probably does not get the best out of the speakers. I usually base my purchases on what hifi best buys so the Onkyo TX-SR608 looks good. Only interested in Home cinema sound not music.

Will the Onkyo get the best out of the B&Ws or will it just be a small improvment to the yamaha. Budget £400-£500.

If you are not interested in 3D pass through, why not look at one of the outgoing AVRs you can get a good deal on the Denon 2310 or the Yamaha 2065 they should make those sound much better IMO.
