Advice on a tv set

Hello,

I have been researching TV for a little while and was wandering if anyone could suggest a good set to get. I am looking for a set that is 37 inch possibly 40. I would like 100hz and it to be full HD. I would like it to be on the greener side of life. It will used mainly for my PS3 to play games and watch blurays. I will also hook my computer up to it and obviously be watching freeview. I have a budget of about 700 - 800. Tv's that I have looked at that are recommended usually compromise on some things and was just wandering if the were any sets that really fulfill all aspects and are rated well.

I bought the somy 40w4500 and i am still overjoyed with the set - look around you can maybe get one within your budget now.

whether it is green or not - i dont know what green is for you - I heard Philips have pretty low wattage - but i may be mistaken..

You can't go wrong with the Panasonic Viera TH42PZ81B Plasma HD from John Lewis, with Freesat picture also great on all input mediums but it is 42 inch.
