Adding Home Cinema capability to an existing Hi-Fi system

Hi. A couple of years ago I bought a Bryston SP1.7 Pre-amp/processor and SST B3 power amp (stereo) with the intention of one day upgrading to a 5.1 surround system. Unfortunately, it looks like I will not be able to afford the upgrade using Bryston amps (they are brilliant by the way) for some time so I would like to explore another approach as an interim.

Does anyone know of any reasonably priced 3-channel amps that I could use to create the 5-channels needed for surround sound given that the SP1.7 already has the processor capability?

I'm using a Primare 30.3 power amp for my center and rear speakers and it really is very good. I think it costs around Euro 2000 new - (£1500 approx I think) though I picked up mine second hand. Might be worth considering contacting some local dealers to see if they have any second hand ones.
