acoustic energy aelite 3 vs kef iq5se

I have the chance of purchasing a pair of acoustic energy aelite 3 speakers for £ 300. would this be a step up from my kefiq5se ,im running on audiolab 8200cd and cyrus amp .

anybody had any experience with these speakers?

I've not heard the Acoustic Energy speakers, but when I looked at upgrading my old Wharfedales I heard the original IQ5. They sounded fast and ticked most, if not all, of the right boxes. I found the RS6s were a fairly substantial upgrade to the Kefs.
