A question for Steve Reichart or QTV2 owners...

Hello,

I'm fairly certain I'm going to go for the Q-TV2 as a sonic upgrade for my TV, but I'm not sure which version to go for (TV2 or TV2X). I have a 42" Panasonic plasma with a reasonably wide bezel. Some time ago I found a web review where the guy said he had gone for the X version for his 42" screen as the normal one was just too narrow. I haven't got the width of my TV to hand at the minute but could someone tell me what is the maximum distance between the inside faces of the satelite speakers when they are pointing directly forwards (ie parallel to each other) of the QTV2 model, and also what is the minimum distance on the X model with the speakers also pointing directly forwards.

Thanks fo the interest in the Q Acoustics Q-TV.

I would advise going for the Q-TV2X version. On a couple of occassions, when I've fitted the Q-TV2 to televisions in journalist's homes, it's been 'a bit tight' on some 42" Panasonic plasmas with a wide 'picture frame' either side of the screen.
