Dear all

My question is:

Would I ★★★★ my system if I use 8 ohms speakers for mains and center with 92dbs and my back and side rears with 6ohms and 88dbs specs?

Thanks

I currently have MA RX centre and RX2 for front left and front right, which are all 6 ohm.
I have some B&W 685 as the rears which are 8 ohm.
I have used some B&W CM1 8 ohm in the same way.

No problems.

Thats good to know...

As far as db's is concerned 92 vs 88 will I need to put 'more' volume dbs in the amp, or if the amp is beafy enough it will provide the necesasary power to have the 'same' volume..

The amp will set levels without you needing to be concerned. Assuming you are new to surround amps? The amp will set the distance and volume of each speaker irrespective of the efficiency of the speaker. You would be advised to use auto setup and then tweak to your own preference. What amp do u have?
