5.1 analogue connections

Denon 2910 dvd and Denon 2803 av receiver, could someone please tell me how I get sound from my dvd player via analogue connections to my receiver when soundtracks are digital Dolby or Dts

Making sure the internal decders in your DVD player are on, and the digital outputs are turned off. i think. having briefly browsed the user manual.
