I've just seen this on BBC's website - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-17125468

Is there any view among the experts as to whether these filters will completely solve the interference for most, or will they merely provide a patch solution?

cheers

I'm going to get UNtechnical now, but...

Broadband filters spilt the phone gubbins from the webby gubbins which are both transmitted down the same phone line.

This will stop the 4g signal from distorting the aerial, cable or satellite signals - I'm a bit concerned that, even with this filter, the end effect is worse than what we had pre-4g. (Although I'm sure Russ Andrews will develop some magic beans that sort it out! ;) )
