3D NOW OR LATER

Hello all

I have a friend who wants to go into the 3d market,He will have a considerable budget as he would have to buy everything from the tv to speakers,i have tried to talk him out of it for now as i personally think its to early ,as we will see better 3d tvs at a later date.

If he does go ahead,can anyone give me some recommendations please.Probably looking at around £4000 budget.Viewing distance is around 3 metres,also front speakers would be placed close to walls,the rears will be wall mounted.

Put the money in the bank. When they've finally sorted all the problems with 3D, the interest should pay for the set!

Seriously crazy to buy now just for 3D - prices will drop, and there's a lot to do to get the technology right, if only so glasses are no longer necessary.
