The 42" G10 is now £709 at Richer Sounds, a bit annoying as I paid £769 seven weeks ago. This means that you can the TV, with a 5 year extended warranty, for just under £780 -- a frankly crazy price for a mid range 42" Pana (five star) plasma, that retailed originally at £1200. A genuine steal, unless you want to wait to see if it drops further in price during the run up to Christmas. By the way, Maxflinn, you were on the lookout for a new TV a while back, I seem to remeber. What did you opt for in the end?

hi strapped , my plasma was giving me problems , very rarely it wouldnt start , but i think it was because i was holding the start button down a little to long , it hasnt happened now for a long time so im keepimg it for a while longer , if i get some dough ill be getting a 50 inch g10 or maybe v10 .. the samsung 50b850 was on the radar too but the freesat on the pannys , and their great price , just seem too good to ignore ..
