I'd say Sony 32V4000 would be a decent set, it can be had for around £350, bargain for a modern HD Ready Sony. I have studied this set and it gives lovely pictures for the money.
If you can stretch to it and need full HD then you can't go wrong with a Sony 32W4000. I calibrated a friends set. He has his PS3 and PC connected to it (DVI - HDMI 1920x1080). Blu-ray and games look great, and even Windows Xp looks good, although there is a very slight bit of sharpening going on that can't be switched off. Divx etc can look good but it does depend on the compression settings. A Full HD panel will outline any bad compression, so if you watch alot of these types of files than the HD ready 32V4000 maybe better. Also I did not see any clouding issues.
I myself have the Sony 40W4000, and once again no clouding issues with this set. I'm glad I went for the W4000 now as I did think about waiting for a W4500, but thankfully looks like I missed out on the clouding lottery.
Cheers!
