22-26inch LCD for the bedroom

Hi, anyone have any thoughts on good sets in this size range. it will be mostly for Freeview broadcast watching as we don't tend to watch films in bed. value for money is probably more important that best picture in this case (means I have more money to negotiate the lounge TV in the near future!) Just as a side, do people think freeview HD would be a big difference at this size and are there any sets on sale yet? any help would be great.

There are no sets as far as im aware that have Freeview HD on a small screen size between 22-26" as manufacturers keep the cost down as much as possible on small sets by not including it aswell as there is not a major impact when watching HD on that kind of size screen.

As for which one to buy, i'd say any big brand manufacturer such as Panasonic, Sony, Samsung, LG etc would do the job as majority of small screens visually look close as one other in the picture department. Avoid buying the in-house brands that the supermarkets sell as these are truly awful.
