That is a fact - and it's in the Terms and Conditions of the competition. Means you can look at the page in Tesco or wherever and enter: you don't HAVE to buy an issue (but then you'd be missing out on the most sumptous mag of the year.....)

As for UK only - that's set by the supplier of the prize, sadly, who's targetting UK consumers. Don't shoot the messenger!
