John, It was my understanding that Amazon fire hardware uses Spotify Connect. So it doesn't matter about how the app performs. i use Roku stick in the bedroom, it's Spotify app is clunky but fine for the bedroom.

I think whatever the situation/ reasons, enough is enough. If you can no longer deliver the product once paid for .......... You have no business.
