I have a Pioneer BDP-LX55 blu-ray player and a Pioneer SC-LX81 receiver. Should I output PCM or bitstream from my blu-ray player?

It has two HDMI outputs. One is for audio only.

Should I connect my BDP-LX55 direct to my PDP-LX5090 or to my SC-LX81?

Should I upscale DVDs through my Blu-Ray Player or my AV receiver?

Maybe slightly better, but it's been there a long time now, maybe 3 weeks since I first noticed it.
