SORTED. In the Amazon Music app there is a 'Loudness Normalisation' setting. Disabled this and volume is now comparable to all other services on the CXN100. 😁😁😁

I've just played a DSD file on my Fiio portable player to my Qutest via Coax. The Qutest is displaying a white LED which represents a DSD file being input.

I've just set my Fiio to convert DSD to PCM when output via it's coax so i am able to play the files, just not in DSD format. It'll have to do.

I only gave it a quick test with some cd's but my CA bluray will play hi-res (SACD, bluray audio, dvd-A disks). I've do own some of those format disks and still have the Qutest with me so will try it again, though i'm not expecting to be blown away after my first impression of it.
