well that's strange. i have just lifted this from the Philips/TP Vision website "HDR Upscaling allows all content to be viewed with HDR performance". so which is it?

if your UHD 4K TV has HDR or Dolby Vision will that only enhance the picture if watching HDR/Dolby Vision content? in other words will having HDR further upscale the TV pic on non HDR content - will it make any difference if you cannot access the HDR content?
