    It surprises me too as PMC speakers are recommended with Naim amps and a lot are 80w..I think if its got a high current it should be all right. When I said to PMC that my amp is 80w he said that should be fine *confused* but the tech guy at PMC said fine so it should be fine:)

    I spoke to PMC and yes its 100w min on the 24's but they said it could go lower but be careful of distortion..doesn't help really

    I've heard good things about Kef R500's Cno, also being a good match with Naim...hopefully I can save myself a bit of money

    Cant remember sorry (it was from a company selling PMC speakers), I checked on PMC website and it doesn't state watts recommendation at all

    Don't get me wrong the PMC 23's are good speakers I wanted the 24's but my Amp is only 80w and I read somewhere the 24's recommend minimum of 100w ...is that right?

    I have looked at the PMC Twenty 23's as they are slim but I'm wanting something that's the next stage up (a bit better), recommendation's please?
