My Sonos ZP has developed a fault. It works for 2-5 seconds then volume reduces to hardly anything. Sonos will repair it. It is over 6 years old. Has anybody else used their repair service?

Am looking at getting two ceiling speakers, a sub woofer and an amp with a dock or streaming facilities. Any advice please. Kitchen is very large about 40ft x 20ft. was looking at the denon CEOL Piccolo or something in that vain. looking at around a grand but more isn't a problem.

My Cyrus 6 is biwired to a pair of Monitor Audio BR5. The amps cuts out at around 45% of the full volume. I know the amp has a protection system but really annoying. Should I be looking at new speakers with more grunt or a new amp. Service from Cyrus is around £225, so now more then the amp is...

Outlook, but also going online to log in to sky account or using other broswers does not allow me to open attachments.

Windows OS system with Vista, am now unable to open email attachments or save them. Any ideas? Looked on Windows web site for a solution but didn't work for me. I have also tried switching off Virus protection as to see if causing a conflict but that didn't work either.
