Well the amps i am thinking about are the audiolab 9000a or the rega elicit mk5 . Do you think both or any of these could drive the speakers good enough

No the the stero amp will only be for floor standing speakers . The dali oberon 5 . Later to be upgraded .don't need cd player. No turntable . Just streaming only . I am happy with the av i have for movies .
