I got the balanced cable for my HD650's from a guy on eBay. It was a pukka Sennheiser cable converted to balanced. I'll see if I can find the seller and the price in my purchase history. My HD800S's came with an additional balanced cable.

I've tried balanced cables on two sets of headphones. Apart from extra volume I found very little different between balanced and unbalanced cables. If a balanced cable is cheap then try it for yourself.
