I've still got the deactivated card but Sky are telling me that this can't be re-used as it was designated as my multi-room card and I need to revert back to my primary card (albeit in the multi-room designated box)
I have no idea whether this is true but it doesn't sound right - does anyone...
Any new recordings work fine from any channel and the problem is only affecting old recordings from sky's premium channels - recordings from BBC or C4 still work fine.
I had sky on the phone earlier today and they said it's a known issue which affects a minority of cases but I'm unsure how...
I've just cancelled my multi-room option with Sky but still have an up to date subscription. When I did this I kept the 2nd box as my main receiver as it was the 2TB version and sky told me to change viewing cards between boxes - they've paired the card which was in the smaller box with the 2TB...
Hi - I've recently moved house and since moving the remote control to my Onkyo 876 is playing up.
The only function that works is the volume control - I can't use any of the other buttons including on/off or input channel select - anyone experienced this before or know how to fix it?

Putting banana plugs on is a bit of a pain (literally) but was advised to by Sevenoaks as even a tiny strand of loose wire into the amp is a real...
Hi - thanks for the advice
I've tried doing this but my SKY box just boots up as normal - do I have to hold down the backup button (presume the one ont he front of the box) for more than a couple of minutes?
I have a Sky+HD box linked up to my Onkyo 876 amp and just can't seem to get the Lip Sync set up correctly - have spent hours playing with the settings on box the Sky box plus the Amp
Does anyoneone have any suggestions where the optimal settings might be?
thanks
