You know on Sky - how do you go about getting Sky Store?

My brother in law has got Sky store I think it’s called where you connect the Sky box to the internet. What’s that all about? Is it free to get all those movies? Thanks

The clue is in the words 'Sky' and 'Store', neither of which promises something for nothing!
