Hi guys seen a cheap Yamaha BDA1020 blu ray player... was debating to get it or not and just stick with my PS3... is there a noticeable difference between the BDA1020 and PS3 in the picture and sound quality...?

No difference in picture quality. What's the rest of your system like? Even sound quality will be similar if you bistream audio. PS3's fan noise can be bothersome, which can be a reason to go for a dedicated blu ray player.
