Yamaha 2009 range

I've been reading intently on another forum details of the forthcoming RV-V365/465/565/665/765 receivers. Admittedly these are the US models with all the niceties like XM radio, Sirius, Neural Surround, etc. which we of course don't get in the UK.

The big question is, when are we going to see the UK versions available to buy ?

WHFSV/Dealers, any insider knowledge ?

We have no confirmed news but I would expect to see some information in the next four weeks. In line with a lot of other manufacturers Yamaha have previously released new ranges in April and I would expect the 4 series (?) to follow suit.

As soon as any information is publicly available and confirmed I am sure it will be on this site.

Yep, I would have thought it would be the xx4 range next, but on one site you can already download the xx5 product specs in pdf. They look extremely convincing if they are fakes. Also, xx5 series already being advertised on some US retail websites.

Four is an inauspicious number in several far eastern countries, so manufacturers tend to avoid it in model designations. Going straight from xx3 to xx5 would therefore seem totally logical.
